Room Rates

We  are known for our hospitality and affordable rooms. We offer 2 rooms, each with two options.

The Good room:     

This room  has a Full size bed and private bathroom. There is a refrigerator in this room.  If you are traveling during the days of Sunday-Thursday, we offer a nice continental  breakfast served on our vintage dishes.   If you are wanting  the Full Bed & Breakfast Experience, we can offer that on either Saturday or Sunday Mornings. 

If you are wanting the Full Bed and Breakfast Experience you won’t be disappointed with our  hospitality, delicious meal and upscale refreshments. We offer the Full Bed and Breakfast experience only on Friday and Saturday nights only.  Refreshments are served from 4pm-6pm each day. Or if you would prefer, I can make a nice dessert tray for a late evening snack.   A gift basket will be in your room when you arrive. You will  have access to other rooms in our home including the living room, dining room, parlor and the gardens.  The front porch is a favorite spot for leisure time during the morning or to  enjoy the  evening breeze.

Be sure to take a walk through the gardens and peek in the Garden Tea Room. There are several places to sit and relax in the gardens as well.  If you are interested in having  a Tea Party, let Sherri know when you contact her for the booking.  

Schollenberger Room:  

This room is larger and has a 4 post Queen size bed.  The walk in closet will hold all your hanging clothes. There is a dresser as well.

Discount  rates are available for extended stays also. Remember, we are not a hotel so if we don’t happen to catch your call please leave us a message. We try to return all calls in 60 minutes or less! 

Venue Rental

Consider reserving Delano Bed and Breakfast for your next gathering, meeting or party. The B&B is the perfect backdrop for most smaller occasions. Be sure to check us out if you are planning an elopement or small wedding. The garden Tea Room or  garden patio are perfect for that special tea party. Let us know what you have in mind and we will work with you to make it a memorable event.

​Breakfast

​Depending upon your reservation type, either a nice continental breakfast or a full Breakfast will be served  on our vintage dishes. Only the finest  foods are served. Delano B&B serves only premium coffees from our local “Spice Merchant.”

Cancellations

Because we are a small B&B (and not a hotel) with only 2 rooms, cancellations have a significant impact upon our business. A week notice is required for all cancellations.

We gladly accept  Visa &  MasterCard. 

Check-in

Regular check in hours are 4-6 p.m. If you need to arrive sooner or later, please be sure to make prior arrangements so we can plan to accommodate your schedule.

Check-out

Check out time is 11 a.m. If needed, we can accommodate you on your departure time, although we will ask that housekeeping be allowed to access to your room by noon.

Adults

Because the Delano B&B has many valuable pieces of furniture, antiques and fine art, Delano B&B is probably not the best option for families traveling with young children under the age of 6. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Pets

Because we have a pet dog, additional pets are not allowed at the B&B. We can provide you the contact information to a reputable kennel.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed outside on the porch or rear deck or any of the many seating areas outside. Please discard cigarettes in the proper ash trays and not in our garden. Thank  you.
